OUR SERVICE
Something Sebastian offers customisable certified organic cotton blankets. We are a 100% Australian-owned company. While we welcome everyone to enjoy our services, we reserve the right to deny access to anyone who misuses our service or violates these Terms and Conditions. We also retain the right to modify our services, brand, products, or prices at any time without prior notice or consequences.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You can purchase Something Sebastian products through our online store. Once you have selected your products, you will be guided through the online checkout process. You must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your ability to place an order. Full payment is required at checkout. If payment cannot be processed, you may attempt again, but stock availability is not guaranteed. Once payment is cleared, you will receive an order confirmation via email with an order number for customer service correspondence.
PRE-ORDERS
When placing a pre-order with Something Sebastian, you must provide accurate address and billing information. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or outdated information and have no obligation to correct it. Pre-orders require full payment upfront to secure the goods. By purchasing a pre-order, you agree that your entire order will be dispatched at a later date as specified in our marketing and on the pre-order product page. You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched. If there is a delay, we will inform you via email. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. All other terms and conditions apply to pre-sale orders unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you make a mistake customising your order, we will try to rectify it if notified promptly, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed. Due to the personalisation of our products, we cannot accept cancellations.
NATIONAL DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
Please note our custom blankets require 7-14 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If you order an additional product with a personalised blanket that will be held and shipped when your blanket is ready.
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
FREE shipping within Australia for orders above $175.00.
Standard Shipping is $8.00 for any orders below $175.00.
Express Shipping is $13.00
We use Australia Post for all Australian orders. Standard delivery times are 3-6 business days after dispatch and 1-4 days for express shipping post processing of personalisation. Please know delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Delivery times may be extended during promotional or busy periods.
You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information via email. We recommend using an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery. You may choose to authorize Australia Post to leave the parcel at your property, but this is at your own risk, and Something Sebastian is not responsible for missing parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international delivery via Australia Post or DHL Express. Shipping fees are:
$15AUD to New Zealand
$30AUD to the United States & Canada
$30AUD to United Kingdom
For International orders allow up to 14 business days once your order has been shipped. Standard delivery times are between 3-14 business days after dispatch, though this may vary, especially during peak periods. Delivery times may be extended during promotional or busy periods.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PARCELS
Australia wide orders:
For any delays after dispatch, contact Australia Post directly. In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, you must lodge an investigation with Australia Post and provide the investigation number and proof of the 'lost' status to Something Sebastian via email. If a parcel is deemed lost, a replacement order will be sent.
International Orders:
For any delays after dispatch, contact DHL directly. In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, you must lodge an investigation with DHL and provide the investigation number and proof of the 'lost' status to Something Sebastian via email. If a parcel is deemed lost, a replacement order will be sent.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods with corresponding photographs. If a product is declared faulty, we will provide a replacement. Due to product personalisation, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on our blankets. Our team is available to assist with product selection.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY
Child safety is the top priority. Please ensure all product descriptions and care instructions are read and followed carefully. Proper use and maintenance of this baby blanket are crucial for a child’s safety.
Usage: Only use this blanket as intended. Do not use it for other purposes that may compromise safety.
Supervision: Child supervision when using blanket is advised at all times to prevent suffocation or overheating.
Maintenance: Follow all care instructions to maintain the integrity and safety of the blanket.
Clear terms are provided in each description, and responsibility cannot be taken if an item is misused or if the provided information is ignored.
PROMOTIONS
We occasionally run promotions advertised via social media or email. These may include special prices, discount codes, giveaways, or competitions. Each promotion has specific conditions that must be met to redeem the offer. Promotions are subject to change, suspension, or cancellation without notice. No rain-checks are permitted. Promotions on social media are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Participants must be Australian residents, 18 years or older, and have an Instagram or Facebook account to enter competitions or giveaways. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
